Outgo provides more information about brokers that’s personalized for your business. Prioritizing historical data alongside industry metrics, broker overview snapshots help you make more informed decisions about who you do business with.
You can quickly search in the app or on our website be selecting Verify Broker on the Invoice tab. If the broker isn’t listed, you can request a new broker and one of our representatives will assist you.
If a broker isn’t approved, it generally means they have a lower comprehensive industry rating. Even if they aren’t approved, Outgo will still invoice on your behalf – you just won’t be able to factor that broker’s unpaid invoices.
Approval indicated a broker’s overall trustworthiness and paying on time. If a broker has a satisfactory industry rating, they are eligible for factoring.
There is a potential $15.00 Check Processing Fee based on your Outgo plan. Check processing is free for Outgo Plus users, and $15.00 for Base users. Base users incur this charge when they work with a broker that pays invoices via Check. Learn more about our Rates & fees
If you can’t find your broker, they may still be approved. Request a new broker and one of our representatives will get back to you shortly with their factoring eligibility. Even if they aren’t eligible for factoring, we’ll still invoice on your behalf.
